Rural American Fitness houses top-of-the-line cardio and weight equipment.  Free-weight room is available to those 9th grade and up. 

Locker rooms include spa quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, shave gel, antiperspirant/deodorant spray, hair spray, hair gel, hair dryers, shower caps, coffee/tea service and more!

We ask that all those using the showers/locker rooms to please wear shower shoes or flip flops. 

Lockers for daily use, as available.

Express Meal menu & prices available at front desk.  Meals are pre-ordered and will be ready for you to grab and go!

Juice, Sports Drinks, Water, Protein Shakes & Bars are available for purchase.

We also offer a variety of yoga mats & bags, shirts & more!
